Becoming a better triathlete is not only exclusive to training and races but having access to proper nutrition is a vital component that plays a critical role in energy level, performance, and recovery.

This package consists of a six weeks diet program that is planned and tailored for each athlete that includes:

  • Caloric input
  • Essential macro, and micronutrients nutrients
  • Lifestyle pattern adjustment to support the diet provided
  • Hydration strategy
  • Snacking tips
  • Electronic diet schedule, printable (upon request only)
  • Every client will be followed up once every two weeks total of 4 sessions (fixed time/day)
  • This package costs each athlete 60KD
    (This price is exclusive for Kuwait Triathlon Center)

This program aims to:

  • Provide enough energy and nutrients to meet the demands of training and exercise
  • Enhance adaptation and recovery between training sessions
  • Gain an educational base to enhance short and long-term goals ensuring a positive impact change to habits and behaviors
  • Enable the athlete to achieve optimal body weight and fat levels for better performance
  • Provide guidelines that ensure maximum hydration before, during, and after exercise
  • Provide a pattern in the athlete routine and assuring more organized meal timing, portions, and quality
