Our training sessions are coached by our expert triathlon coaches who will help you improve your technique, reach your goal and develop at your own pace in a fun, friendly and encouraging environment. Our training sessions are open and suitable for those of all levels and abilities, from those who are completely new to triathlon through to those aiming for the podium.

Please don’t worry if you feel ‘not good enough’ or decide to ‘get fit before you come along’, that’s what our coaches and sessions are here to help you with – along with helping achieve your personal goals.
